Product Description
Vistusertib is an oral, small molecule inhibitor that competitively inhibits mTORC1 and mTORC2 through ATP, comprehensively blocking the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting tumor cell growth, survival, and drug resistance. It is an investigational anti-tumor drug with potential for combination therapy and is currently being studied for the treatment of endometrial cancer, breast cancer, and solid tumors.
