Product Description

Vactosertib exerts its effects by inhibiting a key cellular signaling pathway called TGF-β, thereby achieving dual anti-tumor and anti-fibrotic effects. It is currently undergoing multiple clinical trials to evaluate its efficacy in treating various solid tumors such as esophageal adenocarcinoma, and osteosarcoma, either alone or in combination with chemotherapy and immunotherapy (such as pembrolizumab).
